RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION Reservations are to be made to our Head office or to our appointed General Sales Agent. Except as otherwise agreed by BA Tours Ltd., upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty per cent) deposit is requested, Final payment is payable in full 30 days prior to departure or starting date of the tour, if booking is made within 30 days full payment must be make immediately upon confirmation, A written confirmation of travel arrangements is generated after receipt of payment. If for any reason payment is not received by BA Tours Ltd. or our appointed General Sales Agent by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled without any refund of sums already paid to BA. Tours Ltd. by the Client/Agent. BA. Tours Ltd. also reserves the right to change any arrangement (including tours, programmes, prices and services) in the best interest of its Client/Agent, with or without prior notice.
OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS Except as otherwise expressly agreed by BA Tours Ltd. By making travel arrangements through BA Tours Ltd., Client/Agent agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully.
PAYMENT Except as otherwise agreed by BA Tours Ltd., Prices and availability of hotels, guides, transportation or any other components of travel arrangements are subject to change prior to confirmation. Except for cash payment, service charge may apply. The Client/Agent is responsible for any bank charges relating to bank transfers. In cases credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, swift or telegraphic transfer to the following bank account shall execute payment:

CANCELLATION Save for the case where a Client/Agent loses its payment as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by BA Tours Ltd. but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent shall be liable to pay those charges to BA Tours Ltd. or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be. International airfare cancellation fees imposed will be subject to airline Tariff Regulations for the international portion of any flight. No refunds are available after commencement of the holiday of unused tickets, vouchers or any other services not utilized.
PROGRAM CHANGES On occasion it may be necessary to amend arrangements due to operational necessity and we reserve the right to do so at any time (i.e., due to airline rescheduling flight departures so they may not suit arrangements on the ground). Most of these changes are very minor but where necessary we undertake to inform you either directly or through the clients' travel agency. If your itinerary needs to be altered for reasons beyond our control we reserve the right to vary your itinerary. We recommend you have your travel agent inform you at all times of changes to your itinerary.
INSURANCE We strongly recommend at the time of booking tour participants obtain the appropriate travel insurance policy of your choice, including cover against tour cancellation as recommended by BA Tours Ltd or your travel agent.
LIABILITY BA Tours Ltd. shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. It is the understanding of the Parties that BA Tours Ltd. acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to the Client. BA Tours Ltd. is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists.
VALIDITY BA Tours Ltd. shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. It is the understanding of the Parties that BA Tours Ltd. acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to the Client. BA Tours Ltd. is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programmes.
